We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing Time

Each ELIXA piece is made to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch before it ships. During sale periods or high-demand launches, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's any significant delay.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Delivery Times

You can choose between two delivery speeds at checkout:

Regular Post

  • Metro areas: approximately 2–3 business days
  • Regional areas: approximately 3–5 business days
  • Rural and remote areas: approximately 5–7 business days or more

Express Post

  • Metro-to-metro (within the Express Post next business day network): as fast as 1 business day
  • Regional areas: approximately 2–4 business days
  • Rural and remote areas: fastest available service, though the next-business-day guarantee doesn't apply outside the network

These are estimates provided by our courier and are not guaranteed, other than Express Post's next-business-day guarantee within its delivery network. Delivery times are in addition to processing time.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracked shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first. If there's still an issue, contact us at elixa.business@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost in transit, please contact us at elixa.business@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can assist.
